Geeky Point is an online tutorial website. Here, I share my knowledge in Java to help you be a successful programmer. I always believe that if you learn Java, you can learn any programming language.
If you are a beginner to programming, it’s worth spending some time to learn Java. Because it will help you build a firm foundation in programming overall. I will not limit myself to Java only. You can expect other programming guides also at Geeky Point.
The goal of the tutorials here in Geeky Point is to make sure you understand what you write when you write a piece of code.
Understand your code isn’t that easy as you may think, especially when you lack the knowledge about the basics of the programming languages you use.
In my Geeky programming journey, I have seen people writing or we can say ‘Copy-Paste’ code without even know what is the impact of this code.
People are only concerned about the output, not about what this piece of code does.
That’s not the best way to be a programmer guys.
Anyone can write code. But not everyone can understand the code they write.
It is because they don’t have the basic knowledge about the language.
All of us can speak, write, and read at least one language. But how many of us can write a beautiful poem in that language we know? A few. Right?
The same applies to the ‘writing code’ too. Programming is also like writing a poem.
To write it beautifully (efficient and readable), we need to learn these programming languages in the right way, step by step, in the right order.
That’s what I am trying to achieve with these programming tutorials here in Geeky Point.
There are plenty of online programming tutorials on the Internet. Still, many people struggle at their work to complete their tasks without copy-paste or seeking other’s help, even for very basic requirements.

My name is Rahul Salimon. I am the founder of Geeky Point. I am a Java professional.
I started my career as a junior Java developer in a small firm in 2016.
I learned the basics of Java from there.
After that, I worked in some other companies as a software developer, Associate Engineer, and Senior Java developer.
I came to know that one of my friends does blogging full time and he is really enjoying that (His website: Freewebcart.com). I took advice from him and thought about what I can do to help others and also myself.
All I know is programming. So I started a blog to share my knowledge.
